To create a new blog, click on "Create my Blog" on the right side of the page in the New_Blog pane.  This will allow you to set the general settings of your blog.  The Title should be your name in the format of First (Maiden) Last.  The description can be as simple as "My blog".  It will appear at the top of each blog entry you make.  Finally choose which options you want and click update.  It will take a few seconds for the blog to be created, so please be patient.  Do not hit the "Back" button on the browser if it times out or click Update twice.
To create a new blog entry, click on "Add Blog Entry" on the right side of the page in the New_Blog pane.  You will not have this option until you first create your blog (see above).  You can create multiple entries and they will all be tracked back to the parent blog for easy organization.

The mantra seems to be "wow, 20 years!" Life after MHS involved moving to Bellingham for college, staying for grad school, and deciding I need to move to get a job.  There is not a lot of work in B'ham for someone with a graduate degree in political science.  We (my husband Jon and I) moved to Seattle about 11 years ago and we now live in Seattle with our two children - Nathan is 4 and Daphne is 2.  I am a technological dinosaur and will try to figure out who to post some photos of my kids soon.  Nice, quiet, boring life.  Turns out that before Chris Magnusson moved to Boston, he and I were neighbors.  Neither of us figured this out until about a year after we moved in - very observant.

I haven't kept in touch with anyone from our class, except Tonje Ulven.  I finally made the trip to Norway when I was pregnant with my first child and had as good a time as possible throwing up continuously.  I am sure she had different ideas for the visit.  The other person I see from time to time is Colleen Farrell - our parents are still friends after almost 40 years.  I did run into Amy White at the pediatrian's office - thankfully she recognized me and said hello because all I was thinking is "that woman looks familiar for some reason..."  I am really bad remembering people, names, faces, what I ate yesterday...that probably explains why I never recognized Chris for almost a year!
