Do we need party rentals?
hi everyone - can someone let me know if we anyone has discussed the need for party rentals (tables, chairs, tents, kids playlands, etc) - If not I have made arrangements for pretty much anything we need to get. I will cover the cost of these and whatever we need to get will be delivered and setup so nobody will have to worry about any setup.
My suggestion is having a 10x20 tent (shade and just in case weather doesn't participate). I would also suggest about 1/2 dozen 6ft tables, ten 6ft round tables, and probably 50 to 75 chairs should be enough - but I will probably just get more to be safe.
How about something like a popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, or an inflated 'kids playland'? -
Let me know if any of that is needed and if it makes sense - That time of the year is the busy season so I need to get an idea of what we need so I can make sure I secure the inventory.
