To create a new blog, click on "Create my Blog" on the right side of the page in the New_Blog pane.  This will allow you to set the general settings of your blog.  The Title should be your name in the format of First (Maiden) Last.  The description can be as simple as "My blog".  It will appear at the top of each blog entry you make.  Finally choose which options you want and click update.  It will take a few seconds for the blog to be created, so please be patient.  Do not hit the "Back" button on the browser if it times out or click Update twice.
To create a new blog entry, click on "Add Blog Entry" on the right side of the page in the New_Blog pane.  You will not have this option until you first create your blog (see above).  You can create multiple entries and they will all be tracked back to the parent blog for easy organization.

Where I am and all that

Where I am and all that

After high school I went to SPU and then I went to graduate school for public health.  Then I went to Canada to work on a public health project on Diabetes in the Ojibway tribe then I ended up in New Orleans for 4 years at Tulane Medical School.  I'm really bummed about Katrina because I know that it will take decades for the city to recover.  I met my husband Mike at medical school.  We went to San Diego for residency and I worked as a family doctor there for 3 years.  About a year ago we moved to the Palm Springs area to direct a clinic for homeless people.  So now I live in the desert, job share with my husband, and have 2 beautiful girls, one of whom was born 3 weeks ago.
I'm pretty nhappy right now, just tired.
